does anybody know how to get rid of this . Spent over an hour on phone last night . they said they had done something but could take up to 4 hours . Still the same today .Is annoying have no tv guide ..says my account needs setting up . Not sure why have not done anything . help appreciated please .

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 - this error needs VM intervention.

You can try forcing a reconnection and/or "hit" to be sent, but you may just need to callback again.
