hayu buffering

Anyone having constant buffering issues  with the Hayu channel in EH 12

Hi cekim,

 

Thank you for getting in touch regarding your streaming issues. We can certainly take a look at this for you.

 

In taking a look at the backend of your account, it looks like your broadband connection isn't too happy. This is likely the cause of your streaming trouble and any other recent problems with your broadband.

 

Can I just check whether you've ensured that cables to and from your hub are tight and secure? A loose connection can cause a world of problems!

 

If you've reseated these with no luck, we'll need to book you an engineer visit which we can do via private message.

Hi Rachael,

Thanks for your reply. I checked all the cables and they're tight. Hayu  has been fine all this week but the internet has lost connection a few times. The speeds have been normal also. Can you re-check my network as it seems to be ok now.

Hayu is constantly buffering on TiVo box but ok in other room. Internet is good and all other channels and apps such as Netflix and YouTube are all working. What can I do as I have already turned it off and on.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the Hayu issues. 

 

I've checked our systems and there are upstream issues affecting the connection.

 

This does need an engineer visit so I'll PM you now to arrange this.
