In taking a look at the backend of your account, it looks like your broadband connection isn't too happy. This is likely the cause of your streaming trouble and any other recent problems with your broadband.
Can I just check whether you've ensured that cables to and from your hub are tight and secure? A loose connection can cause a world of problems!

Thanks for your reply. I checked all the cables and they're tight. Hayu has been fine all this week but the internet has lost connection a few times. The speeds have been normal also. Can you re-check my network as it seems to be ok now.
Hayu is constantly buffering on TiVo box but ok in other room. Internet is good and all other channels and apps such as Netflix and YouTube are all working. What can I do as I have already turned it off and on.
