glitching

since March 2020 we have had none stop problems with our tv service with the tv glitching, had an engineer come out in april and all he did was swap a box from one room to another even tho we told him it was all the boxes doing it, we had another one come out in dec and he said we need to have the flat rewired and he would request it and that if we really wanted to sort the problem to upgrade our boxes at a cost !! still waiting to hear about the rewiring .

I am spending hours on the phone to your customer service and keep been fobbed of with a date and a time it will be fix then i get a text to say it has been fixed and to re start our boxes but the problem does not go away it still happing but to the point now we cant watch anything now it is not just me either my parents and my neighbours are having the same problem, we keep been told to claim back money and get sent a form with is just for broadband and phone

So it sounds ike you've had pixellation issues caused by poor signal, and it may have been traced to faulty internal cabling.

If your immedite neighbours are also having problems, this would lend weight to a potential area issue - OR "you" could just be unlucky and have separate faults. Do your parents live in the same immediate area?

Have your neighbours reported their issues?

Re: glitching

Have all the VM customers who have issues with their live TV picure, reported them?

That's by far the quickest & best way to get any or all faults identified.
