Hello, anyone had the same problem? Fastforwarding or going back doesn't work when watching catchup? It shows the speedup but it returns back where it came from. I tried more external players to but it seems nothing help? Anyone?
Tnx, I'm new here and it's a little confusing to check this and that. 😉 My English is not perfect but I understand most things. Ok I search for it. I use a Android TVbox with differentz apk's like Tivmate, purpleiptvplayer and smartersIPTV..Using this a year or 2. lol Catchup is not perfect and it worked ok but this is a new problem. TIA
If you're using an Android TV box, that doesn't sound like a Virgin TV box to me. Can you check the link in my second post above (that's all of VM's current boxes) and see if the box you're talking about looks like any of those?
Given the apps you've mentioned aren't available on the VM platform, I don't think you're using a Virgin Media set-top TV box.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Catch up. We want to do our best to understand and to help. Just to confirm do you have a Virgin media box as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-box? Are you a Virgin Media customer?
