error code 7403

Having spent most of the day yesterday trying to get through to the call centre I am now becoming frustrated, I have an error code on my Tivo V6 box 7403 which appeared yesterday morning I have had this before and was rebooted from the call centre end but as I am unable to get through I also need to make a payment which doesn't appear to be accepted either on the quickpay, is there anything else I can do other than try to ring again

I think this will probably require a phone call as it is usually a billing issue.

Please send me a PM (Link Below) with your account number and area ref and I'll look into this for you to check before you phone again
