I think the quickest resolution for you would be to ring up as the forum team on here can take some time to respond. When you ring, make sure you use the "thinking of leaving us" option for UK Customer Services, explain in simple terms that you want the V HD / V+ HD box removed from your account and the TiVo added back.

Hello,

No it hasn't been solved.

I had two TiVo boxes in my household, but I requested a V6 box to replace one the faulty ones.

I think the incorrect box has been deactivated, so I need it reactivated.

You will need to phone in again as it looks as though they hsve deactivated the upstairs box by mistake when you phoned in to get the new box activated.

I also have a 7400 message on my TV. I moved recently and the virgin engineer came today to install the gear. Broadband is fine but my TV not. Please help!
