I'm also having issues with the TiVo box in my living room, after I was sent an upgraded V6 box for my bedroom.
I think you have deactivated the wrong box. Please could someone help out!
I think the quickest resolution for you would be to ring up as the forum team on here can take some time to respond. When you ring, make sure you use the "thinking of leaving us" option for UK Customer Services, explain in simple terms that you want the V HD / V+ HD box removed from your account and the TiVo added back.
