I've still got the problem. No change whatsoever.
i have had an installation this evening and have the same error message, all channels working fine on the tv go app just not on the new V6 box only getting channels 1-5

First time with virgin finally added tv box and let it do what it asked once done I only get channels 1-5 with error message 7400
You need to ring in to get the box activated.
Hi. Just intalled my V6 box, and exactly the same error appears: 7400 - only 5 channels... Call center is taking forever (on the phone for 30 minutes now...). Any help, please?

You need to ring 150 or the telephone no. that came with your box to get it activated.
Hello, my in laws recently had their boxes upgraded. I have just been catching up on my shows, and have had the 7400 message. I cannot get why channels other than 1-5 and on demand and catch up is unavailable.
