Hi

I'm also having this issue. Resetting / restarting the Tivo didn't help at all. 

It is an annoying black message box floating on the screen saying 

Sorry, there seems to be a problem. To fix this please call us on 150... etc

Can't get rid of it ! 

Also can't see 90% of the channels I'm subscribed to..

I had a new v6 and self installed in my living room today. But I now have the error 7400 appear on my TiVo box . Are you able to help please?

Hi Guys

I have just successfully installed my new V6 box, and moved my Tivo box to the bedroom to replace the old (ancient) box.

Like many others on here, I am getting the "Error 7400" message on all channels.

 

Can anyone help please?

This means the TiVo box, rather than the ancient box, has been de-activated. You will have to call in to get the TiVo re-activated (and the ancient box de-activated).

Same issue here currently unresolved. Having to send an engineer out at a time no one may be in. Now have to be without service for the hole weekend.

Hi, I had VM VIP bundle installed yesterday too and my upstairs box gives this error (downstairs is fine). Any chance of zapping my second Tivo box as well? Thanks.
