Hi i hope someone can help . I have just self installed a v6 in livingroom and moved tivo upstairs to replace v+ box but i am getting error 7400 . I have gone back to v+ box upstairs for now but would really like to use the tivo instead . when i initially called to upgrade to v6 i wasnt asked which box i wanted removed coz i would have said v+ so i could use the tivo upstairs instead . Please help .
They've deactivated the TiVo instead of your V+. Ring up and use the "thinking of leaving us" option. Don't worry about the name it's just the Customer Service team. They'll be able to get this sorted out for you.
