I have ordered twice virgin media equipment return kit, but haven't received anything. How do I return it?
I see, I am not the only one to deel with this issue, lots of people are not receiving their kits. Is there anything else that I can do to sort this out apart of keeping reordering the kit again and again?
I have been able to locate your account and can see that the returns packaging was requested by our team on 9th September, the packaging should be with you any day now as it can take up to 10 days after the sent date to receive it.
Please could you check once you get home and let me know if you have got the packaging.
I have already requested 3 equipment return kits since 11th of August ( the day I have received virgin media email to do so), and my last request was made on the 9th of September. I haven't received any parcel untill now.
Are you at the same address as to where your services were being used? I can see that the three sets of returns packaging have been sent out, so I'm not sure why they haven't gotten to you, hence I need to clarify that we are sending this to the the correct place.
