crashing

I have had Virgin TV (tivo) for nearly  2 months, the box crashes at least once a day with no error message, or comes up with on demand unavailable,  recorded shows are particularly prone to crashing, or freezing getting annoyed at why we bothered joining virgin

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a very warm welcome to you.I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV service and on demand.

 

I have done some checks my end and I can see that some of your power levels are out on your router this will be causing the issue on your V6 box.

 

I would advise checking all your connections coming into the house are hand tight.
