Recently unable to connect to netflix via channel 204 or the netflix app. int. connection ok and no apparent reason for the problem.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with connecting to Netflix on your set top box
Is this issue still on going or has this now been resolved?
Can you tell me if you have an error codes appearing on the screen? Are you connected to the hub via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi?
