Re: changing package

If you don't have TV as part of your subscription then the Virgin TV box won't work and depending on what it is, will need to be returned to Virgin Media.

Re: changing package

Thank you for your reply. I called Virgin today and asked to take up an offer they had quoted me previously for 50mb broadband, weekend calls and TV mixit. The guy did not run through it all with me at the end of the call and now I see the new contract has left off the Mixit TV that I crrently have. I only have freeview but am used to recording programmes so would like to keep it. The new contract he has given me is £1.50 less that what I thought it would be but no Mix it TV with tivo box. Will Virgin honour the original quote?

Re: changing package

You'll need to get back in touch to ensure you keep the services you want and at a price you want.
