I am aware I have to give 30 days notice to virgin but from when? My contract started on the 11th but I seem to be billed on 27th and direct debit on 15th....Can't seem to get the period I get billed for for each month...
In the top right of your bill it will clearly state the billing period. If you are online the graph on the top will show your billing period. However when you call to cancel customer relations will happily go through that with you and work out the date for you.
