The Virgin box is stuck in start up mode. Red and White flashing lights.

I can appreciate that this was posted on Monday so can you confirm if it's been resolved since?
If not then can you confirm what box it is exactly you're having the issue with?

Just to let u know the problem has been solved. Had to get technician out and replaced box as it was corrupted apparently, thanks.
