been calling for 4 days I need an engineer appt please

My you tube channel on my tivo wont play any videos, just freezes and stays on the home page,

Have been calling and trying to contact you for 4 days  please can you sort me an appointment.and DM me please

Ive tried rebooting the box and all the other ideas on your website

Do you have a TiVo or a V6? Check here if you're not sure

Do you have any problems watching OnDemand programmes? This also uses the box's internet connection.

VM staff are currently taking upto a week to respond on here, if you need urgent account-specific help you are best off calling in. We can often help avoid the need for a call with a lot of issues, though...

If you could answer the other 2 questions, we may just be able to help you on here. V6 boxes especially have a few more variables with all things internet-related that can sometimes save a support call.

Ok, it's just worth checking then, that the underlying problem isn't your box's internet connection. If it is, that needs an engineer visit or replacement box.

On the front-left of the box, there's a series of green lights. Second from left has a painted heart symbol and is the "online" light - it should be solildly on, but is it?

Also if you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, the top-right corner reports your internet connection. What does it say?

The other long-term solution, is that if you've had your current package for a while, and also have VM broadband, have you considered swapping out your TiVo for a newer V6 box? Much quicker, much newer, and you may be able to bargain a swap to one as part of a new bundle.
