Feeling frustrated the youtube app on the TiVo box is frequent stuttering and pretty much unusable. 1) Do you recognise that lots of customers are having this stuttering issue and how can this be reported?2) Is your technical team working on a fix and if so how long do they expect it to take day week month?I look forward to your reply.

I am sorry to hear you've been experiencing issue with the app. Do all of you have a TiVo box or are any of you trying to use the app on the V6?
Would you be able to go into the network settings and test your network connection?
It should run diagnostics and display the current quality of the connection for you.
I have the v6 using the app. tested all the network connections reset it and the box. Also signed in and out of my account for Youtube with no help.

As it is a V6 is it connected to your hub via a wired or WiFi connection?
@Kelbag, when you test the network connection what results do you get? Is it a TiVo or a V6? If it is a V6 are you able to also advise the connection method you use?
It’s wired but wireless doesn’t help either ☹️
Yes it's a v6 box and it is cabled up to the Internet hub.
Says test successful with a tick next to all 3 options
Is it just Youtube that you're having issues with?
Have you been able to check the other apps such as Netflix and On Demand Services?
