Youtube TV App Stuttering

So, don't know where to post this so if it's in the wrong topic I'll remove this.

For the past week, when I go on Youtube app on my V6 box and watch a video. It starts to play then about 3 seconds in, the video slows down but the audio stays the same speed, the video stops, then plays again all synced up, and this process carries on throughout the entire video every 3 seconds.

I've reset the app, removed cache from my V6 Box, but nothings working.

Any help anyone?

I'm also sorry for the trouble you've had with playing videos on your V6's YouTube app. 

 

Have you been able to check for related known issues on our service status page: virg.in/service? If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your equipment which may offer a solution.

 

If there's nothing communicated that could be causing the problem don't hesitate to let us know so we can take a further look.
