What happens when you try using YouTube - you've not said?

Do other internet-based functions, such as OnDemand, work ok? If you're not sure, please try.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some ongoing issues with accessing YouTube.

Can you let us know what happens when you access the YouTube app on your TV box, as @japitts suggested? Can you see any error codes?
Have you been able to reboot your TV box to check if this can clear the issue?
