Wrong tv box recieved

Three times I've rang virign media and its costing me a fortune the first time the lady didn't even dispatch the box and when I do speak t someone he dispatches me a box and its the older model which I already had and stopped working both times I was assured it would be the tivo box 6 which is what I have down stairs but nope the older model arrives and to top it of the delivery guy drops it i just wanna know how I get the box I was told I would receive
