Wrong box deactivated

I made changes to my account yesterday and had a secondary box removed as my son no longer uses. Unfortunately virgin deactivated my main V6 box in my lounge in error. Despite 2 X sesperate conversations with support. This was unable to be rectified and was passed to 2nd line support. Still waiting on a call from them. I just assumed this would be any easy fix to put right. Anyone had similar issues ?

Hi Mark,

Sorry to see you are having these issues. The direct number to have the correct box activated is 0800 953 9500.

You will need your account number, area number and the serial number of the box that needs activating.

Hi the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to be activated to hand. Regards Micky
