Wrong box activated

I received a new virgin box as the one in my bedroom wasn’t working. I have set this up and all is working fine. But now I have done this it has knocked the service off the downstairs tv box. I have checked on the app and it seems they have kept my old box and new box that has just arrived but knocked my main service in the living room off! Please can this be corrected
