I received wrong bill I could not contact the costumer service how do I contact them?

For any chance of advice, you need to explain what you think is the issue with your bill.

Stop your DD at your peril. That simply means you are choosing not to pay your bill.

only cancel the DD if you are happy to have a black mark on the credit file and the debt passed to collectors.

otherwise keep trying to call in
