Hi my box cut out last night and keps rebooting but never gets past the start up screen, I have unplugged and turned off etc, still same issue

Do you still need any assistance with this?
If so, could you please confirm if you have the V6, Tivo500 box or a legacy box (anything other than these two)?
Are you able to restart the Hub and then the Tivo boxes to see if this helps at all?
