Please help! Our wireless TiVo box hasn't been working since Saturday night.
An amber light comes on when we start the box and it goes to the welcome page for 5 mins (white light), then hangs on the "Starting" with the amber light for 5 + mins, then goes back to standby mode. This cycle keeps going on until we turn the box off. The virgin TV doesn't start at all, the TV itself seems to power up fine & is responding to the remote control.
I've run the diagnostic tests from my computer - which says "there was a problem, please run the test again". This was done 3 times.
