Hi if members of the community can work out from the information you have provided they will respond, if not virgin staff will answer in rotation, but it may take 3 or 4 days, its helpful to give a bit more details what box you have etc, also have you tried the simple reboot and check connections route.Regards Micky
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV box @Nonsmokingman.
Please could you confirm if your box is currently plugged in and connected? The reason I'm asking this is that I cannot communicate with the box from here to check why this issue is happening. This might be part of the issue but if you could check to make sure that your box is connected, we can then take it from there to get your issue resolved.
Hi, I am having exactly the same problem with my Tivo box. Stuck on the welcome or starting up page, it has power and keeps on going between these connections. It is also connected to the internet. I am keen to here how to resolve this issue.
