Some but not all channels blank showing W02 code.
Checked cables and restarted as per guidance. Still no improvement. Channels missing today (with above code) were pixilating the last few days.
Checked server issues and no similar issues mentioned.
Tried calling 150 but only a automated service and then cut off.
Error code W02 usually indicates a loss of signal on that channel, which pixellation is often an early sign of.
I'd suggest you call 150 first thing in the morning to get it reported. They're open from 8am.
