For months now my BT Sport 2 HD (ch528) and Sky News HD (ch602) channels do not work on my TiVo box (sometimes giving a W02 error message). All other BT Sports channels and Sky News work correctly. I have attempted the online instructions for W02 multiple times, with no success. Any suggestions on what is wrong?

Engineers appointment has now been cancelled. Not sure what has been done to my Service but after another attempt to Reset my Tivo box the problem on BT Sport 2 has been resolved. I can now watch the channel without an error message, pixelation or corruption of the image.
Happy that the issue is now resolved, even if I don't understand what has changed.
