We have been getting W02 errors in 2 of our 3 TiVo boxes the last few weeks. Getting more frequent despite rebooting the boxes each time. Nothing has been touched cablewise and the 3rd tivo is rock solid.
If you could PM me over your account number and area ref code I'll have a look into this for you. W02 are errors with the signal coming to the box, it could be a faulty splitter possibly, let's take a look!
