Volume adjustment channel 527

Can someone please adjust the volume on channel 527 as its very low compared to the usual volume for the rest of channels.  Not sure if it’s because your broadcasting live the Caribbean cricket and it’s on their side, but it’s becoming annoying because the adverts blast and then you can hardly hear the cricket

Is it just the once channel that you're having issues with? If so, does this issue occur on certain programmes on this channel, or all programmes?

Have you tried to reboot your TV box to see if this would help?
