Voice over won’t turn off on itv

Audio voice over won’t turn off tried the two suggestions it’s happened before & I successfully turned it off but now it won’t respond. Two days ago virgin suffered another outage in Birmingham I wondered if prob is connected.

Is it a case of contacting customer service?

I've moved your post to the TV board where you're likely to get a better response than the chatter one you'd used...

Is this problem on any other channels? Or only ITV-SD/HD?

Have you been able to sort this since your last post? If not can you confirm if it is only the one channel that is effected?
