Virgin store purchase

I have just purchased 1917 in a digital copy and hopefully a DVD aswell which is what normally happens.

I really would like the DVD but doesnt appear in my confirmation of purchase email that I will be receiving one within the next 2 weeks.

Normally it says I will be getting this sent to me so just want to make sure this happens!

Virgin Media Store is something we don't deal with as it's separate to your home services with us, however I have just checked on the website and can see DVD's are no longer being sent, for more information see here
