Virgin shows keep freezing

Hi there my TiVo box in my bedroom keeps freezing with on demand videos. How do I fix this? Thanks

We’ve just moved our lounge room box to our bedroom and it is working fine so must be an issue with the actual box.

Do you get any flashing lights on the front-left of your TiVo when OnDemand stops working? Specifically, the second-from-left light with a heart symbol.

You've not mentioned any problems with live TV, so I'll ask whether you do?
