Virgin service Assistance/Help for those unable to speak
I’m looking for assistance on behalf of my dad who has had a stroke and cannot use the helpline to voice his issues/complaints. He doesn’t remember his passwords so I cannot get very far phoning. I have emailed twice but no reply, is there a live chat available? Currently he is having issues with internet and TV services. The internet frequently drops out. The TV sometimes won’t come on, it crashes while watching programmes, or cues up programmes to record on its own and switches channel on its own. Looking for a reply from anyone that can point us towards some customer service? Many thanks.
