Virgin broadband hub returning

Hi,

I will move out of the country tomorrow 26/03/20. When I informed the Virgin assistance of my intention to close the contract I requested a prepaid packaging to return the broadband hub. I requested this for two times but up to now I did not receive it.

I did not find any indication about the address to send back the equipment by post.

Now all Virgin call centres are very hard to reach and the Virgin media stores are all closed.

Any suggestions?
