I have random sound loss on recorded programs (any channel really)
I will watch a recording and I’ll loose sound intermittently. Start watching the same recording again but this time the sound comes back in the places it was lost before and now lost in new places...
i have rebooted tv and box many times and every time it’s the same...
is this a data issue? Time of day issue on virgin end?
live tv and on demand are perfect every time it’s just recordings
