As of last night my living filled with a hurrendous plastic / Ash smell. I worked out to pulling from the Tivo box.
Can I request a new Tivo box please?
I've been with Virgin since dawn of time and running a 2013 model. So I'm guessing I'm due an updated version of the box since you've rolled out new ones in that time.

You will still get a tivo unless you can persuade the person at the end of the telephone to give you a V6, the V6 also requires you have virgin broadband

Is the only way to get this addressed through 150?
Been on the line 30 minutes and gone round in circles. I love virgin media but my god their phone support makes me want take my head and smash it through my livingroom window.

You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of your problem to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
If phoning it's best to call around 8am when lines are less busy.

The website defected a fault with my TV box but the online process just kept looping me back round.
