Virgin TV TIVO V6 is crashing 2-8 times per day

My virgin tivo box freezes anywhere between 2-8 times per day requiring me to power off, 2 times a day is annoying 8 times a day I have lived with this for 3 weeks and I can't live with it anymore, That's 20 minutes a day of waiting for the box to reboot and missing the end/start of many shows, but there seems to be no way to contact Virgin to do anything 

The online diagnostics it routes you to are woeful, "oops we have a problem" please redo test every time up to...

You've now ran a test three times today. Please try again tomorrow.

Too right nothings been fixed!!!

Then pressing contact  button on the page (https://www.virginmedia.com/contact )

"Oh, crikey. We can't find that page

 

Maybe the link you clicked is broken or you typed in the wrong address. Perhaps the page doesn't exist any more. Or maybe it's just a glitch in the matrix."

Not the best message to give a frustrated customer!!

 

How do I contact Virgin to do something!!!

Hi box is switched on at the moment with no issues at the moment, it crashed last night though and 4 times the day before

I'm having exactly the same problem - repeated W02 errors informing me to check my connection, the issue is the signal strength I'm receiving, I've checked the diagnostics screen several times and although I am getting a strong signal from the Broadband - in excess of 79%, the signal to the TIVO box is between 43% (lowest) and 52% (highest). This is not just affecting Netflix (which is crashing out after 5 minutes of viewing sometimes), but also recorded TIVO shows as well as the regular channels.

Hi Yes - its on but its done what Its being doing for the last few weeks and  its  crashed again and is unresponsive,  I can turn it in on and off, to reboot

Its back on and working, but this is what happens it will work for a fear hours then freeze again, it has done this for nearly a month now
