Virgin Service Levels

Why does no one answer the phone in Virgin Media team 

I called 2 weeks ago and after more than I hour I had to hang up - I am on the line now and whist I have initially spoke with the Mobile team I am now waiting for the media team and so far my call has lasted more than 30 mins and await contact from someone

Picking a better time to make the call may help, Sunday is probably not the best day.

Ideally weekday mornings
