Hi.Have opened on account with Virgin Money and they are offering deals for new virgin customers to sign up.just wondered if these offers or any others were being offered to loyal customers.been a cust for yonks.

I know at the moment others companies are offering better deals,and with the situation you have to watch out what you spend your money on.as iam paying nearly £60 per mth.not even broken down to show the charges..

I pay 49£ for 200mb and one v6 box with Maxit TV XL some 260 channels

im not a money customer and been with Virgin 10 years, 49 is the price with a 35£ discounted rate whatever that really means, other than every year I call up and ask for a new rate

you are not a new customer so no.
But you will get a better deal if you call in and take a new contract at the end of each minimum term. You'll never get the new customer deal
