For last year we have had problems with a hub . It kept shutting off and needed reboot many times a day. Replaced by delivery from Virgin. New Hub same again and now the Tivo box just shuts off power as well. It was happening 3-4 times a day but when Prime or Netflix used then this is happening 6-7 daily.. No matter how often tried to get a response by phone it is same old same old. Wasted time and effort. The inconvenience is enough to give the service up as it has cost so much from lost information during a few online interviews when shut off. Tv show shut off midstream and then going through prime and netflix to find where is farcical to call this a service.A waste of money now.
