After using the same pin number for years it suddenly stopped working. Fortunately it reset to 1234 so I could reset it again to the former number. 

I don't know if this is a coincidence but I recently had an email from virgin saying that I had successfully changed my package to Maxit when I hadn't. I just assumed they were changing all packages and it was a standard email.

Anybody have the same problems?

I do!

I make all four the same digit so I can just mash the same key quickly in succession to get past the PIN screen without having to move my finger from one key to another or concern myself if it misses a keypress.  😁
