VIVO BOX

MY OLD VIVO BOX IS SLOW AND UNRESPONSIVE. CAN ANYONE HELP AS I CANT GET THROUGH TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT VIRGIN!

Firstly you might want to check your caps lock, it seems to be stuck on 🙂

Have you tried restarting your box? That can often resolve issues with them running slowly.

thanks for your reply, i've been doing this but it's not a good longterm solution. virgin customer services impossible to talk to, how do you get a response from them? Colin

They're not impossible to contact by any stretch, but they are extremely busy at the moment.

Persistence, and calling at different times when they're perhaps quieter, is the trick.
