V6

My v6 box has this green screen with a message on it along the lines of ‘this dvr has a serious fault and will try rebooting every 3 hrs’ it’s been doing that for 2 days now. I’ve tried ringing customer support and no one answers was waiting over an hour yesterday. 
ive looked up the problem and it looks as if the hard drive has gone so I need a replacement box sending out but the problem is no one answers the phone for me to be able to order one. 

anyone know what else I can do? 

my local virgin media shop is temporarily closed so that’s out of the question.

Phone up early 8:00 and you should get through, or wait here for a virgin rep to get back to you
