Hello. I recently replaced free virgin WiFi booster with more powerful “tp-link” model. Since then my 2 v6 boxes are no longer linked. Main box (living room) tries and fails to connect. 2nd box (kitchen), connected directly to the hub, gives message that the main box is not in the network. Each box works ok independently, and WiFi/broadband work fine. The tp-link created a new network, my guess is the boxes aren’t finding it, but I don’t know how to sort. Thanks for any help.
Unless you have cloned the same SSID & password to the extender, you will need to enter the new details into anything that uses WiFi to connect to the Hub. This includes any V6 boxes. Are either of the V6 boxes showing the double arrows or WiFi warning lights on the front display when the power light is white?
