V6 box stopped working

One of V 6 boxes stopped working. Tried all status checks and reboot measures and was led to a conclusion to phone the helpline.  Have done that and got cut off after waiting for 28 minutes. (Shocking service virgin. We are all too busy for that)

think I need a new box having read other community posts so hope someone from virgin will pick this up and react.

Sorry to see this has been left unanswered for an extended period of time. 

 

Looking at your account, it appears that we had a new set top box installed yesterday, but is currently showing as unreachable

 

Is the set top box working as expected or are we still experiencing fault?
