V53 error

have a v6 box but cannot get it to work . I get the error code V53 have been through the help section and all of the connections are in the right place and are connected properly but still get the V53 code have not been able to watch tv what can i do ?

Hi

can you private message me some details please. 
Acc number, address and V6 serial number. The V6 number will start AAAX. 

Is this a new box? 

If not reboot your hub and make sure your V6 is connected to it either hardwired or WI-FI

Thank you for the response... we rebooted the hub on your advice and all works fine now
