Both my TiVo boxes are hard wired in and quite a few times when attempting to watch from a different box I get this error. Sometimes whilst in the the middle of watching a programme. Someone I know who had this problem said that it was because of older TiVo V6 boxes, his were replaced and seemed to fix things. VM can you confirm before I go through the long winded telephone call to you call centre?
No, I'm in the England but should have explained that the error code was an Amazon Prime code but relates to the same problem ie. internet access when this second TiVo box is the one furthest from the router and in a different room but wired in. As I said I did have a recent tech visit and checked/ rechecked all connections. Will reboot as suggested.
