Have you checked that your set top box is connected to the internet?
Which box do you have? TIVO? TV360 or V6?
Is the EPG populated?
Have you tried rebooting the box?
What colour are the lights on the set top box?
Have you clicked on Check service status at the top of the page to see if there are any local issues and also run tests on your box?
