Upgraded Tivo box stuck on update screen

Hi, just installed my upgraded Tivo box & it is stuck on update mode step 1 of 3 (just looping). Been like this now for nearly 3 hours (should only take 30 minutes at most). Carried out an online check & cannot connect to box. When I plug my old box back in everything works fine so suspect new box is faulty. Tried phoning 3 times but stuck on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time, so gave up (telephone service is abysmal). Anybody else had this issue?

Hello

When you have the box connected to the coaxial did you call the activation line so the box can get activated the number is 0800 953 9500
